Subscription and Payment Terms

Your subscription is subject to the following payment terms

Subscription Fee: Monthly subscription fee of RM 250 (inclusive of applicable taxes and fees)

Billing Cycle: Automatic monthly billing on the anniversary of your subscription start date

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months, but you retain access through your paid period

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims related to our service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our service

Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur under Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005

Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed through mutual agreement or by the relevant arbitration authority

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and encourage direct communication before formal proceedings

Service Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice

Upon termination, your access to consultations will end, but these terms remain in effect for any outstanding obligations

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to subscribers

Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Selurionvatho regarding our services
